Pros

Working at Kodiak has given me the opportunity to grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. It's a company that truly invests in its people, and that has made all the difference in my experience. Some of the things I value most include: - Flexibility that allows employees to balance their careers and personal lives without sacrificing performance. - Competitive compensation that rewards hard work and results. - A close-knit, supportive team where everyone genuinely wants to see one another succeed and is always willing to step in and help. - Exceptional leadership. Every manager I've worked with has been incredibly supportive of my professional growth, encouraged me to take on new challenges, and invested in my development. I've always felt valued, appreciated, and recognized for the work I do. My current manager Maryam has been exceptional; she is very generous and cares deeply about supporting our team which has led to great success for all of us. - The opportunity to connect directly with executive leadership, providing valuable insight, mentorship, and a deeper understanding of the business. - A variety of benefits options, allowing employees to choose the coverage that best fits their individual and family needs. - A culture built on collaboration, trust, and continuous growth, making it a place where you can build a meaningful and long-term career.

Cons

Wish there was more opportunity to meet other coworkers in different areas. Other than that, none

Great company culture & work/life balance

Pros

The company culture is over all extremely positive. Everyone shares responsibilities and everyone works as a team for the most part. In any company, there will be minor issues that arise, It is always worked through smoothly, and each member of the Kodiak team knows the operations management and human resources teams are there to guide and help the recruiters succeed. The work hours are on par with what to expect with remote work, and the salary is very decent base salary for remote work.

Cons

I've not seen a lot of cons, to be honest. So far, the company runs fairly smooth, and if I've had any issues, I have had an open door to discuss these with my management.
