Pros

My former co-workers are the best anywhere! District managers and lower level managers are all amazing. Shout out to a majority of those in the corporate office as well, they're lovely people.

Cons

Senior management has made this a not as nice place to work like it used to be. Tone deaf with no way of knowing how to read the room. Little communication and zero interest in understanding what KPA does or stands for. Employees are no longer allowed to contribute to the betterment of the company like they used to. Quality metrics have been tossed aside in favor of production.

Thank you for your feedback. Input from employees, current and former, satisfied and otherwise, is vital in making KPA everything we want it to be. While some of the statements laid out above are inaccurate, we certainly appreciate the contribution of your perceptions. KPA prides itself on the excellent service it provides its customers. Customer ratings regarding the quality of our work fuels one of our two primary metrics for evaluating & rewarding our field consultants. Quality most assuredly matters and is tracked at KPA. We have recently seen measured improvement in our quality metrics over the past two years and celebrate that achievement. Our customers clearly agree that quality remains a hallmark of KPA’s service. KPA wants to ensure that employees are recognized and feel heard. Our Core Values – Integrity, Helpfulness, Excellence, Agility, Respect, and Teamwork – remain an integral part of our company culture. We continue to build on our employee recognition programs emphasizing these traits, including monthly awards and our annual Summit Club. Commitment to our Core Values are also a discussion point during employee reviews, evaluations, and promotion considerations. As KPA continues to grow and evolve, we are working to streamline metrics and evaluations in order to provide fair and measurable metrics for all. KPA continues to thrive. We’ve grown significantly over the past three years, have built better products while maintaining excellent service as evidenced by our record NPS scores, record customer retention, and we hope to continue to attract people that seek & embrace opportunities that challenge, grow, and add value.
