Support when sick Salary is average , maybe a little below the market bench Office attendance is mandatory to tick the box

I work in Finance department and the environment is toxic , micromanagement at its best , no ladder to climb and to grow (o my talk) but in practice nothing available . You miss the yearly bonus if join the firm after 1 June No flexibility around parenting unless you’re part time
