Pros

Job security, since they don't fire incompetent people.

Cons

Pay is very low. Work environment is hostile. Benefits are too expensive. No communication between management and employees.

Thank you for your feedback and for your three years of service to KSA. It's always our goal to create a positive work environment for our employees, to make management decisions that are in the best interests of everyone concerned and to provide the best benefits structure possible. While we have consistently offered employee only healthcare coverage at no cost, KSA has recently reevaluated the benefits program and now pays a significant portion for dependent healthcare coverage as well.

Good, small employer for those who like small town Texas

Location, relaxed work environment, variety of engineering experience, some short travel trips involved, friendly coworkers, small number of employees mean that you can get more attention from management, most work is in small town Texas

Cons

Projects are not very "impressive", clients can be tiresome to work with, some long hours and weekend work when needed, management can be very busy and inaccessible at times, most work is in small town Texas,
