Pros

People., Catered lunch, beer on tap, relaxed dress code, paid benefits, 6 week paid sabbatical after being at the company for 5 years

Cons

They rush products out the door unfinished and shoddy and then do it again before they fix the issues with the old ones causing an endless loop of issues. Causes lots of issues for customer facing teams and the customers, as well as people on the backend.

We're continually evolving and looking for ways to make our team members, customers, and partners happy - so we appreciate the feedback. As you know, we are a fast-paced environment and unfortunately there are times when quick decisions don’t yield the kind of outcome that we were pursuing. When we recognize our mistakes, we correct them quickly. Not everyone is able to thrive in an environment like this so separations do occur after all possible options have been explored. Thank you for your review and we wish you the best!

Pros

-Great Benefits -Nice Work to Life Balance - Care for employees

Cons

- Senior Management is no bueno. - The company seems to be stuck in a rut. Not much going on which mostly falls on senior management. - No accountability. Reward people who do nothing but thrive in the bureaucracy. - Not much professional development. - Not as techy and innovative as advertised.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We've been extremely intentional about the benefits and perks we offer our team members to ensure they are appreciated and recognized for their hard work. Through our Engagement Survey in December 2018, we learned that our team members wanted a more formalized system of rewards and professional development, so we went to work on creating solutions. We have already implemented the Rewards & Recognition Budget and have been working hard with each department to build a framework for customized Career Paths. We're excited to be launching those in Q3! I'm afraid there has been a disconnect if you feel that we are stuck in a rut. Through Town Hall and other All-Hands meetings, we have communicated several investments within the past year. We have brought in several new Kabbage Heads and have even created some new departments to support our growth. We have successfully launched a new partnership, our Technology and IT teams have brought in innovative tools (cypress.io, gsuite, slack, and more), and we have multiple new product builds in flight to support our small business owners. We are a fast-evolving company, and hope that our team members can embrace the pace. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to thrive in an environment like this so separations do occur after all possible options have been explored. We are strongly committed to our team members, both current and former, so we wish you the very best!

Pros

- Free Food - Beer on Tap -Yoga -All of the tools needed to do my job -Friendly atmosphere - Free Parking in Atlanta - Management that Cares The work life balance is amazing. I have always gotten time off for any length of time and my management is always extremely understanding.

Cons

- The nerf guns can get annoying sometimes - Gain weight from all the chocolate In all seriousness, we work hard, VERY hard, but I willingly do this because I know the people around me care. Don't get me wrong, there is the occasional slump but 99% of the time, I don't notice the extra hours put into work.

Thank you for your review! We really appreciate you highlighting our incredible people. We have worked hard to cultivate our unique company culture and truly enjoy hearing about how our team members care deeply about both their work and each other. We do understand that the snacks and beer can be tempting though, so we are continuing to offer new wellness initiatives such as sponsored fitness classes and Lunch and Learn sessions with nutritionists to provide some balance :) thanks again for taking the time to write a review!
