Intimidation and fear mongering from top down

I consider it a pro that I no longer work here

Cons

* Upper management is known to punch walls to get their way when needed and intimidate in 1:1 scenarios * Management is proudly acknowledging in their boys club culture when they use fear mongering and go beyond legal limitations to get what they want * Little to no career path if you don't fit the management persona and bend over to screw others I won't go into more detail, but Glassdoor reviews paint a good picture and should be a precaution to anyone that doesn't want to drink the kool-aid for a soul crushing job. If you don't believe the negative reviews here on Glassdoor, just open a newspaper and check with other sources to see how Kabbage has been treating the majority of their employees in the past and will keep doing so. Neither is a small accusation, but time well spent if you want to avoid years of legal battle and therapy.

Pros

Free (albeit not good) good and booze

Cons

Literally everything else sans a handful of truly wonderful coworkers. The number of people who had to give themselves pep talks prior to entering work was astounding. Toxic, toxic place.

Leadership has a plan, very clear culture, very good onboarding process, people ready to go and action focused, very clear and open communication from leadership, good compensation

Cons

You have to fit the culture. People who don't fit or don't perform are gone quickly.

Thank you for your review! I'm glad you mentioned our people and culture. At Kabbage, all of our team members, including leadership, get sh*t done, are team players and set the example. It starts with our onboarding our orientation program where new team members learn about our core values, get a foundational understanding of our history and products, and are given the tools they need to be set up for success.
