-People: very intelligent people that actually care about success of company -No hierarchy -Great perks & benefits

Cons

-A lot of growing pains but upper management makes effort to adjust as we go

Growing pains can be rough in any startup company, but we want to make sure that they don't scare off good employees - we will continue to do all that we can to support the staff when we are going through times of growth, and want to continue to hear feedback to know how we can do that better!

Pros

Great Perks, Smart People, Awesome Product. They like to work hard and play hard but seem to take a genuine interest in employees lives.

Cons

Very fast paced. Not a ton of room for advancement internally. Some of the people are a little crazy.

Thank you for taking the time to review us! We do have some pretty great people here, and we are genuinely interested in our employees. It is a very fast paced environment, and sometimes it seems like things get kicked into hyper-drive pretty quickly. We are constantly working to stay on top of that, and to minimize any problems that can commonly arise in a company that is growing quickly. The feedback we get really helps us ensure we are going in the right direction.
