Pros

Great pay, catered lunch, incredibly laid back atmosphere, awesome coworkers who ensure a true small community feel, open bar, and clear communication from Kabbage Heads about company performance.

Cons

A little hectic at times, but thus is the life of a booming start up company.

Thank you for such a blush-worthy review :). We know that a lot of companies talk a good game about keeping their employees happy to attract new candidates, but we really believe it and know that employee happiness goes much deeper than the free snacks, open bar and ping pong tables. Employee satisfaction is key - please let us know if you ever have any feedback to help us keep everyone cheerfully coming to work each day.

Pros

- Amazing culture. The people I work with I consider a family. - The "Kabbage Heads" are awesome people!! Rob & Kathryn are so down to earth they actually listen when you have concerns and tell you what is going on with the company. - Super laid back dress code. Some people don't even wear shoes! - Lunch is catered every day. - Amazing technology toys. On day one you'll get the most powerful Mac you can think of! - Yoga and other health programs available. - A game room with classic arcade games, Xbox and Ping Pong! - Town Hall every week so you really know what is happening in every department in the company. - Oh and they have an open bar! Cause you know they're cool like that.

Cons

- I really wish they had a little better health options. - I do see that some departments are treated a little different. An example is customer service doesn't get the same benefits that most do. Some aren't able to do company outings because they have to work those days.

Thank you for leaving such awesome feedback! We're glad to hear that the work we're putting into the environment is paying off, and we're happy that you feel the company communication is working well. We're sorry to hear that you perceive departments are being treated differently with regards to benefits. All of our FT employees are offered health benefits and are eligible for the same benefits across the board. If you're unsure about something specific, feel free to review our comprehensive list of benefits on our internal site or reach out to our benefits coordinator who would be happy to assist.

Pros

Bleeding edge technology...free lunches delivered daily...fun atmosphere (bring your nerf gun)...games on site (both on the Ping-Pong table and in your head!).

Cons

If you're over 28 walk towards the door...over 30 trot...over 35 RUN! This is a death march of epic proportions with totally unrealistic expectations from upper management. 15 hour days are the norm...20 hours is not unexpected, or rather I should say it IS expected. Management plays HUGE favorites and one day you're a super star the next you're out the door. Can be a fun place day to day, but it wears on you over time...and not a LOT of time either.
