* Great people to work with. I enjoy coming to the office every day. * Most everyone has friendly, positive and happy personalities. * Upper Management is very supportive, encouraging and appreciative for their staff (at least that's how I see myself and several others are treated.) * We have a great Product and continue to grow our business. * Lunch every day is a PLUS!

* It's very hard to even come up with any.

Pros

Some amazing talent here - great people all around. Kabbage takes good care of us - free catered lunches, free drinks, paid parking, and other things like dual 24" monitors and great chairs. Those things matter a lot when you're glued to your computer all day. A fun and open culture. Great benefits, including domestic partner coverage. Not a PG rated place, but respectful of each other.

Cons

It's growing fast, as it's still young. That does give some growing pains sometimes. There was a recent restructure, although it was a redirection of where we're going, not because we're in trouble. We're still trying to balance fast growth with process.
