Pros

Kabbage is a terrific place to work. I came from a larger company which was often stale and lacked innovation. At Kabbage, all ideas are vetted and not dismissed. The company has hired a dynamic group of very talented people. They are some of the smartest and funniest people I have worked with. The culture breeds collaboration, laughter and a sense of being part of a family. Happy to call Kabbage my family.

Cons

Seriously, no cons at Kabbage. I enjoy all my coworkers and leadership. Its a type of job that you enjoy waking up in the morning for.

Work with super smart people! Open & very collaborative environment - no cubicles here! Fun loving co-workers & leaders - I laugh every day and enjoy my teammates immensely! Energetic & positive environment! We are like a family. Great benefits, free lunches, unlimited lattes/coffee, yoga classes, incredible workstations, co. volunteer days, bonuses! Exciting product! Vision is clear & its exciting to see where the company is going!

Start-ups can be fast paced at times but Kabbage has its 'groove' now
