Pros

The pay is good and it's a very open and fun environment. Catered lunches, nerf guns, community outreach, etc.

Cons

Expect to work very very long hours here. If you want to have a life, this isn't the place for you.I believe they cater lunches so that they can get more work out of people. They do not value their customers and the integrity of the leadership is questionable.
