      The kids are great, the courses are helpful the program they offer is great for courses. Everyone’s nice

      Cons

      Hours and schedule, did they tell you you were get an 8 hour shift? That you’d be working 40 hours or more? Sorry buddy that was a lie. You only work 3 times a day and each day is only an hour or two :) so I hope you have a second job. You make enough money to fill up your gas twice. That’s pretty much it.

      Pros

      There aren’t any, honestly. The best thing was that it was near my home and they take the initial training seriously.

      Cons

      They underpay considering the emotional and physical exhaustion the position can cause, as well as the risk the clients pose to workers. The workplace culture is toxic. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it to anyone who isn’t desperate.
