Pays well, did very good at contributing to the process of getting your RBT.

Cons

Way to many hours both at the clinic and at home for 3 to 4 year olds to handle some clients had for 5 to 6 hours per day and very little rest periods in between. Kids would often be excited to go home because they were so exhausted and just done with the day. They also have a bad reputation for being bought out like 2 or 3 times before I got hired and again after I left. Ultimately the rbts were over worked as well as the BCBAS they had us run around so much and had so little time for anything. It's just too much for me to work there and have sanity left over when the day ended I couldn't enjoy work at all and I didn't enjoy what I was doing because I felt really bad for the kids. I found out that after I left they cut a ton of benefits for their employees making A LOT of people leave and find other jobs. This place does have a high turnover rate

Pros

There are so many Pros about working at Kadiant. For one, the hours are flexible and are able to be fit to both the client and BTs schedule. Another pro is the wonderful staff, who not only make everyone feel included but are almost like a second family to me. Additionally, the learning is not just for the kids, but for the BTs as well. Not only have I learned a great deal from interacting with children who have special accomidations, but Kadiant offers extensive training that is ongoing throughout your whole time of employment. The benefits of this job are never ending.

Cons

The only con that I can think of is that if you are staffed to home clients, the travel time and distance may be extensive.
