Pros

With the new ownership under Attain, there are absolutely no pros I can put here.

Cons

Benefits, paid time off, 0% 401K match, pay, work-life balance, management not caring about employees, clients are not put first, money is put before clients and employees

Pros

There WERE amazing BCBAs (very supportive and encouraging), flexible schedules, great clients and families

Cons

Kadiant was bought out by Attain ABA in March 2022, no benefits for PT (under 30 hours), no paid mileage, no more client cancellation coverage pay, no PTO/Vacation time for PT employees, no paid holidays for PT employees (and for FT, they have 5 total), no more tuition/student loan pay back, no sincere support from upper management, condescending CEO (makes things sound better than they are)
