Pros

They use excel spreadsheets to document EVERYTHING

Cons

If you are looking to start a career in ABA then Kadiant might work for you. But if you have experience, innovative clinical ideas and loyalty then they probably don’t want you. Kadiant’s initial response to covid-19 was sloppy, unprofessional and at times unethical. Then, during a “necessary restructuring” they targeted individuals with longevity and loyalty, and their criteria for who to cut was based on billable hours not actual clinical ability. Just another company that values quantity of hours over quality of service. Kadiant is like a Monet painting: from far away it's okay, but up close it's a big ol' mess.

Pros

None now. Run far away.

Cons

Bought out by an east coast company that has single handedly destroyed Kadiant. They came in and fired numerous people without a single word to the company, no introductions, nothing. Since then they have continued to fire key teams all around the US, eliminate more than half of our paid holidays, cut our vacation in half, remove sick time leaving only the requirement from the states, and the staff retention is an absolute joke. They cannot even staff their current clients being 100s and 100s if not thousands of hours deficit in client hours. Yet they continue to tell new families we can take them, make the BCBAs do assessments then have no staff for intervention after. No one in the upper management Attain company cares about anyone or anything. They are absolutely absurd with zero communication and a mindset of "our way or no way" . Their scheduling department is an absolute joke since they fired all of our local schedulers. Now scheduling is ran by people out of state that clearly have no clue what they are doing and are on a major power trip. This company is not ethical at all and is all about money. Ran by people who very clearly do not understand ABA at all. They have a quality assurance team made up of bcbas that are brand new trying to tell other bcbas how to write reports and what to change for goals for clients they have never even seen or met. It's absolutely disgusting.
