There was lots of good managers, but there were a few mean nurses and managers. The majority of staff was helpful and supportive. I had low pay there, but that was also because I had just got my license and started from the bottom pay tier that was set by the union. There was some high turnover on units with bad managers.

Facility never goes above and beyond for their employees. Genuinely the type to give you a rock for nurses week because nurses "rock". PTO often denied. Constantly new updates on things to chart/do but less staff. Constantly reminded how we are not meeting expectations but they do not provide the tools we need to do those things.
