They offer a fair job, but no extras

Cons

not enough "kudos" at times, not consistant with company policies across the board, they are a Providence company but only follow policy they chose too. i.e. Seattle based employees were allowed to work from home during covid if their job would allow and they were within 6 ft of other workers, at Kadlec you were not allowed to...against the Providence policies and increased Covid exposures
