A great place to work if you value job stability. Patient centered care focused company.

Cons

This company promotes the educational development for career advancement and with no real push from management or the Hr team as no one actually helps to develop current talent. The occurrence of passing the buck when it comes to career growth from internal positions is consistent and predictable engagements that refer you back to department manager who refers career growth back to th HR team.
