Cons

The worst management I’ve ever experienced. The manager is unprofessional, controlling, and relies on intimidation rather than leadership. He is mentally unfit to manage people and has spent his entire career in this one company, which shows in his lack of understanding of modern management. The workplace culture is toxic, with constant disrespect and zero support for employees. There is no HR presence, which allows managers to act however they please without accountability. The department supervisor is equally unqualified — lacking maturity, leadership skills, and professional experience. Her focus is on gossip rather than guiding the team, and industry knowledge alone does not make her fit for a supervisory role. Overall, this company offers no growth, no support, and an extremely negative environment. If you value your career and mental health, avoid this place at all costs.

Cons

The manager and management is not acceptable. Very rude and micro managing environment. Doesn't want to listen to the opinions of the employees or care to ask questions only blaming blaming blaming all the time. Not listening to the employee never allowing to finish conversation. Very bad working experience.

Pros

For the most part this is a one stop shop in IT. So expect to be conducting duties outside Service Desk, which is great as there is a lot of things to learn.

Cons

Due to it being a onestop shop there are limited opportunities for growth within the company if any,. Be ready for management to say "Do Better" several times.
