The administrative staff sees you as a line item at best. Moves you around at will. You are always third or fourth fiddle to full time instructors. Cancel classes based on enrollment easily and do not encourage unionized labour. The administrative staff is very inflexible and does not like to partner with instructors to achieve mutually beneficial goals. They basically want you to come in, teach, and leave. Don't ask questions, don't try to change anything, don't have life issues or anything. Quality of the instructor is negligible. They care more about numbers rather than instructor quality. Also, don't cancel a day for class. They will cut your pay if you miss a day.

The money is bad. Sometimes the work schedule is flexible and sometimes I did 12 hour days. There are a lot of people who are mean and just buying time until the pension kicks in.
