Senior Management is dissociated from MX. All appearances are that we are peasants not worth the pay they give us. If you aren't in engine shop or the line you are treated like dirt.

Got to travel when the good ole boy club couldn’t cover it.

Cons

Schedule, co-worker unreliability, forced to train without being a compensated or rated trainer, every day is day one for most employees, raises are on who you know, split weekend “level loading” for 60 scheduled maintenance.
