Great job and people. Benefits are good and they are just starting to get some longevity incentives

Cons

Upper Management can't get out of their own way. They think a good job email is enough. They lie about pay scales and ruined our schedules, all in the name of doing the impossible, with zero incentive to keep driving forward.

Working here felt like being in an abusive toxic relationship. Leadership gave no written policies or clear direction, yet employees were blamed as if they had. Asking questions was treated as weakness, contradictions were constant, and criticism replaced support. A toxic, fear-driven workplace with extremely poor leadership.
