The pay is pretty descent for new A & P's you gain some familiarization on heavy Aircraft

First of all you can go to any Aviation company or A&P school in the United States and they all know how shady this place is, it is no secret! If you’re an outsider you will not like the treatment you’re going to endure! They will not treat you well at all! I have personally seen the damage this place can do to its people. The other positive post are from managers or office personnel trying to counter all the negative hype, or people that spend a lot of time brown nosing! But facts are facts; I have worked here going on my seventh year. The Feds live at this place. I have watched good people loose there license by becoming a yes man! If this place was such a great place to work, you would here it everywhere you go! Aviation is a small world and mechanics no which are the best and the worst! This company has earned its reputation. To fix any problem you have to be willing to admit there is one!
