Terrible Company - A & P Mechanic Kalitta Air Employee Review

I started here with an open mind, the first couple of weeks were ok, but I soon realized that this place is like a wrecking yard but only difference is it's Airplanes. My lead doesn't even have an A&P and is not very helpful, this is a poor place to work, no accountability, very poor equipment, they paint in the same hangar tool boxes are, so if you have a nice box don't bring it here. The employees seem to dislike this place, its very click'ish, I heard the winters are extreme and very long, Isolated location. Bottom line this is the kind of place where you literally will hate walking through the gate every day. I have seen so many good people leaving here. As soon as I can I am leaving here also
