Poor management allowing unethical practices to manufacture aircraft products.

None - the most unethical company I ever worked with.

Cons

Lack of tools, software, and development programs to effectively utilize people. Old school is good but other companies are significantly outpacing Kaman. Corporate management is poor - does not listen to local needs. High burnout rate / high attrition rate. Get a job here and be left behind by the industry.

Good Benefits such as insurance and vacation time.

Cons

Stay Away. Its a dangerous place to work.They paid to work, not to think. The Good Old Boys club is still very much alive.

It's a pay check. Better then no job at all... I guess, maybe not. There are some good people here, hard workers that give 100% not 10.

Cons

Poor communication. Puney raises if any. Cheep cheep cheep. Micromanaged to death. Holds onto the noproducers and relies on the few that can to get it done and drives them into the ground. your lean program is a joke and production control is killing the company. I have worked for alot of aerospace companies and have never seen production control this controling, Sikorsky was close.
