KPP needs to create some new products and not rely on legacy products, otherwise, they're finished.

Pros

One of the best things about KPP is that they pay well. Also, for salaried employees, they have a pretty good policy when it comes taking sick and personal days off. Vacation time is just like anywhere else. You get the standard two (2) weeks off duiring your first five years there.

Cons

From January 2013 to the present time, KPP has specialized in micromanaging people to a degree which has never been seen since the dawn of time. Also, the 2013 year end reviews for most people were very punitive in nature. The morale of this place is at an all-time low and the prospects of it getting any better are slim to none.
