      Pros

      Great personable relationships with physicians, lowest ratios in the surrounding area, better pay, great benefits and PTO. Loved my KMC family!

      Some equipment is outdated, less resources than larger hospitals

      Pros

      The people are great. Everyone is nice and likes to talk.

      Cons

      The owner is terrible. There is no money to upgrade equipment because it all goes into owners pocket. 3.7 million dollars during COVID. It all went to investors and the owner. Not a bit went back into the hospital.

      Pros

      Coworkers are willing to help you out. Pay isn't bad. Benefits are good as long as you use their physicians and facilities.

      Cons

      Administration doesn't know anything about patient acuity. They don't understand and are not willing to learn what it means.
