Pros

Benefits, stock, could bring in my dog, lunch on friday, happy hour once a month. Generally happy co-workers, friendly enough environment.

Cons

HR person is pretty crappy at her job/poor at communication & building trust. Top person in my department wasn't good at communicating desires in regards to requests for work they weren't experienced with, and threatened firing me when I asked for a raise, even though cost of living in the area is rising daily - generally selfish in that regard. Zero advancement in my own department.

Exciting Place to Work

Pros

I really enjoyed working here. The Kapost platform has a lot of potential and it is an exciting time of growth at the company. The people are all awesome to work with (one of the best groups I have worked with), there is a great open door policy and, in my experience, they really take into consideration what you want out of your job as well as what the company needs. General office perks and schedule flexibility is great as well. Seems like they are onto something big with some of the larger clients they are signing. The company is finding its way, and it's exciting to see that now.

Cons

It's been chaotic in the past with company goals shifting, but it's starting to get better/more focused as the company finds its way. Compensation was low compared to some other opportunities around the Boulder/Denver area.
