Pros

Some of the people are great, remote policy sexy, unlimited pto.

Cons

Leadership(CEO, COO, CRO & product team), Weak & non committal. Product & engineering team lack inspiration nor do they understand the concept of understanding the business needs of the consumer. Also, transparency is seriously lacking. No concept of velocity or business/customer needs or prioritization. Their "matching engine is NOT scaleable and is being held together by duct tape. Issuers and merchants beware!
