      Culture- People care People- Seem to be good people Flexibility/ WFH- Understand LIFE/ WORK balance Clear path for promotion- Mgmt wants to know where you want to take your career. Support you Early stage startup

Our management team is great at helping employees develop a clear career path and helping them to get to the finish line with our professional development fund and coaching from managers and leadership. The offsites we host three times a year are a great collaboration session across departments to really dig deep into problem-solving in person.

      Pros

      Kard is a team team of really bright and entrepreneurial people, all working in the same direction. People across all departments are always willing to jump in and help you learn and solve problems Kard is also working on a really big opportunity, helping today's card issuers build loyalty with their customers in an increasingly competitive environment.

      Cons

      It is a tough and competitive market that we're working in, so the demands from customers are really high. You always need to be at the top of your game and we need to move fast in order to keep our customers happy. It's not a situation that everyone will necessarily thrive in, but if you like a fast-paced culture that demands the most of you, Kard's a great fit!
