Cons

It is still a startup. Be prepared for priority shifts and requests to take on tasks or responsibilities that might not be in your comfort zone.

Strong team of people who genuinely care both about their company and team members. The bar for performance is very high, and management lives by the "hire slow, fire fast" mentality to keep the best people on the team. Things move fast. Responsibility is up for grabs to those who show initiative and demonstrate company values.

Standard early-stage company growth opportunities: becoming more proactive instead of reactive, establishing rigor with repetition, continuing to develop existing talent
