      - Exceptionally smart, creative, dedicated people across whole company - Supportive culture leads to good collaborative environment - Good benefits, work-life balance encouraged - Technology is exceptionally promising and has powerful positive impact on a vulnerable patient population

      - Some lack of structure/defined process, though this is being addressed as company grows

      - Supportive and respectful environment - Great health and dental benefits - obviously free lunch is a good perk - professional and dedicated scientists - solid company vision - flexibility

      - only con for me is my commute
