Pros

The onboarding process has been great. Open communication from managers and executive team. It's an older/larger team, but still feels fresh and vibrant.

Cons

They are very strict on return to office. Most employees have a hybrid schedule where they WFH Monday/Friday, which is cool.

Great culture. The CEO is passionate about the business and cares about the customers and employees. There is a fund that employees can donate to in order to help other employees in times of need.

Cons

Compensation is reasonable, but there was no annual pay increase.
