Pros

They recycle and support breast cancer awareness

Cons

You are literally just a number to these folks. If you don’t brown nose and have the higher ups on your side. You’re screwed. You become a target.

Pros

Well, the company is very greedy and will find the cheapest labor around the world and maximize profits.

Cons

See Pros. When maximizing profits they might decide to move your position off-shore to a cheap location like Poland or India.

Pros

Big name in the industry, but thats about it.

Cons

no one in the management knows what they are really doing, the merger has been a massive mess. they promised they will keep employee benefits or improve them but they have reduced them very significantly. remote employees are forced back to work. there was a promise of no layoffs but I have seen them happen too. I left because the environment post-datto became super toxic. The CEO keeps saying Kaseya will be one of the top 5 companies in the world by 2030, the problem with that he knows it is a lie for which he cant be held accountable for since he wont be there in 2030, he will be retired.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is true that Kaseya has an on-site work policy without the option for remote work in most cases. This is because research indicates that team members collaborate more effectively, learn faster, and are more productive when they work together in an office environment. We currently offer competitive starting salaries, annual performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package which includes a PPO health plan, life insurance, and disability insurance without any recurring costs for employee only coverage. Our PTO starts at 20 days for new hires and national holidays are in line with our industry and company size. Further, most employees are eligible for equity option grants effectively making employees part owners of the company, which is something not many other private organizations offer.
