Avoid, it's not worth it. If you're already hunting, just take the time to find something better.
Pros
Entertainment value of watching leadership fumble has some merits.
Cons
Leadership is comically bad. After a huge meeting where employees asked for the 10th time about what would happen to their benefits, COO told someone "I make enough money that I don't have to worry about that stuff." This is not someone who should be in charge of people. The MSP space is run on engineering, Kaseya is not an engineering company. They have no CTO. They were considering creating a CTO position, but that person would have reported *to* the aforementioned COO, so the person they were considering noped out. The COO is not to be trusted. Don't take my word for it, read through the rest of the reviews. Anything positive will come from Sales, meanwhile Engineering people will go find better things to do. In the long run this isn't sustainable, because products and support will tank and sales will become impossible, but by then current leadership will have cashed out. This is why sales contracts are for 3 years. Benefits are awful, leadership is worse, and every communication that comes down from on high drives this point home further. Security is a joke just waiting for one more hack to take down the company. If you search Wikipedia for "Kaseya" you won't find a page about the company because Wikipedia revoked it for too much tampering by people within Kaseya. What you *will* find is a page about the last breach. Don't be there when the next one hits.
