      Pros

      What a great place & culture to learn in while starting out. I was initially nervous working at such a large company, but I have learned so much in a short amount of time. Who knows what the future holds except that I am well ahead of the peers I graduated with. I am treated fairly and the pay is good.

      Cons

      I don't have much to compare to, but i feel like retirement and benefits aren't as competitive as other offers I had.

      Pros

      I learned a lot while working here. Not just from my manager, but also from my fellow coworkers. It was a good use of my time for almost 4 years, and even though I left, I’m grateful for the experience and would do it all over again given the chance.

      Cons

      There aren’t very many cons. Other than the lack of 401k match, nothing really comes to mind. I know on sites like this that can sound fake, but I genuinely can’t think of anything to complain about. Overall, it’s just a really good company to work for and I’m glad I did.
