Work-life balance Excellent. Easy to find a healthy balance and not end up burned out after a year. Pay & benefits Not sure how they compare within the industry but I don’t have any complaints. I’m happy with my paycheck and my benefits cover everything I need them to. Job security and advancement This is a huge one, especially in 2020. Kaseya’s senior management did an amazing job responding to the COVID-19 pandemic and making sure everyone was safe, healthy, and looked after. Management I feel like I had mild complaints about my manager before the pandemic hit, but now I just have the utmost respect for him. Culture Fun, friendly, laid-back. Overall My overall experience working at Kaseya has been nothing but good. The onboarding process was smooth, everyone on my team has been friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the time the company has taken to make us all feel important and valued this year.

Pro tip: get to know your bosses. When you treat your managers like they’re to be feared, they become something to be feared. When you actually treat them like human beings while showing them the proper level of respect then they tend to loosen up. I made friends with all of my managers and I had a very positive experience while I worked at Kaseya.
