      The best start to my career

      Pros

      From where I stand there is just nowhere better to start a career in tech. If you show potential, the company will invest in you more than you could possibly imagine. Their training is incredible and you’ll definitely learn everything you need to be successful.

      Cons

      Management hasn’t been the best at communicating everything going on in the company this past year. Although, I know from experience that’s not how they normally operate. COVID-19 has thrown a wrench in everyone’s plans.

      Pros

      Some would make it seem that Kaseya is the worst possible place to work. While this may be the case for some people, it certainly isn’t the case for everyone. If this is your first foray into the world of Saas sales than the experience you’ll gain will be invaluable. Overcoming objections, building camaraderie with clients and collaborating with colleagues are all essential skills you’ll pick up at Kaseya amongst many others. I’m not saying this should be a life time career, but there is certainly value to working here, especially if you’re just starting out.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. The pay and benefits are competitive for the industry though you’ll need to move up to take home the big bucks. The vacation policy is unlimited including sick days and holidays. Perfect for building the foundations of a career.

      Cons

      There are multiple business units that have their own rules and lines of communication. Trying to communicate across units is a tedious affair.
