Pros
There are pros and cons to everything. Where the atmosphere is team based and friendly, the level of work can be frustrating and sometimes tiring. Where the learning opportunities are plentiful, some managers will hold you to high expectations that only add to the stress levels. I’m more than willing to admit that Kaseya isn’t perfect, but it’s still a fantastic place to work. If you’re willing to roll with the punches and to grow and improve along with the company than you may just find a place for yourself here.
Cons
We’ve grown too fast and now we’re playing catch up. Unfortunately, the staff have had issues fully adjusting to the shift.
