Pros
Out of all my past employers I'm glad Kaseya is the one I was with the most this past year. Sure things could be better, but I actually can see and feel that management is trying their best to keep everyone safe and making as much money as possible during this time. Good communication and check ins from the top down and I really think we have a great strategy to juggle all the difficulties people are experiencing.
Cons
401k and raises could use work, but hopefully things get back to normal next year.
