A good work environment where hard work is acknowledged. Tons of products to learn, but training is sufficient enough to help see you through. Not the ideal work environment if you have poor work ethic. You can’t really get by just doing the bare minimum.

You’re set up for success from the very beginning. The onboarding process was as smooth as butter. I’d argue that Kaseya employs some of the most talented educators that money could buy. Which makes sense honestly because the better trained the workforce is, the more we can expand their bottom line. And of course, the pay is excellent. That’s another way to keep your workers happy. Pay them well! Big props to Kaseya for being such an awesome company. I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.
