      Pros

      The tight knit family like culture is Kaseya’s top selling point for me. Forming close bonds with your co-workers in a company like this isn’t that difficult because collaboration plays such a significant role in our overall success. I couldn’t be happier.

      Cons

      Clearer communication from management is needed. No one likes to feel left out of the loop especially with the uncertainty everyone is feeling because of COVID.

      Team driven environment. Flexibility. Vacation. Salary pay. Access to gym and free parking in Brickell.

      Cons

      Had to wear several different hats for the company. You are not only in sales, you are in support, pro-serve, implementation etc. But this helps you throughout your career.

      Incredibly friendly staff and managers. A collaborative work environment where you’re constantly driven to give your best. Excellent comradery across the board. No complaints!

      No cons come to mind. Kaseya isn’t a perfect company, but they strive hard to provide a work environment that’s dedicated to the growth and development of their workforce.
