      Not a bad place to work once you get locked in

      Pros

      Paid on time every time like clockwork. You’d appreciate that too if you’ve been ripped off as many times as I have. Once you get into the flow of things it’s not a half bad job. Work is work though.

      Cons

      It’s easy to get burned out if you don’t pace yourself.

      COVID-19…who could have ever predicted that such a devastating virus would flip everyone’s lives upside down in a matter of months? Kaseya hasn’t been immune to the effects of this terrible virus. The leadership have been forced to make tough decisions (like slashing pay) that didn’t rub a lot of people the right way. But heck, we’re still here and we’re on the right track of coming back stronger than ever before. I look forward to the return to normalcy hopefully in a few months’ time.

      Cons

      Quite a few employees are suffering from low morale. It’s hard to accept some of the tough decisions management have been forced to make. All we can do is ride it out like everyone else.

      My team is great and i really enjoy most aspects of my job. We work hard, but have a lot of fun too. Pay is good for the area and I feel respected and valued by management. lazy people don't last long which I like, because who wants to be the only one excited about growth and succeeding.

      Cons

      Adjusting to the new normal hasn't been easy for anyone. Some benefits could be better.
