      Co employees are very friendly Work on different latest technologies Free food and Cab

      Cons

      Give time for Upskilling Should have proper team for different task rather than pushing entire things on few resources

      Unprofessional HR team and Incompetent sales team

      Market leader and they have been able to sustain the position only due to a string of M&A's.

      Cons

      1) The sales team in Bangalore is still using the BANT framework, it is 2019 and they still feel the budget should come first in the ultra-competitive day and age. I had complete knowledge of BANT but i still played along trying to understand the manager's competency level and my god are they bad. Sincere advice to the US team, Kaseya's sales team in Bangalore is inefficient and their understanding of customers is 2010's. 2) The HR team never bothers to get back to the candidates, they are all over you when the feel your profile suits the position but later it is all downhill. HR is a critical arm of an organization that can reinforce employees, candidates position in the company but Kaseya's team is one of the most unprofessional teams I have ever come across.
