      Onboarding process was smooth and very informative. Two week training period was extremely helpful and was honestly enjoyable. Sets you up for success.

      Pros

      Having watched the company grow and make a lot of changes over the past few years I can confidently say there is so much upside for employees. Everything seems to get better as time goes on, but don't be fooled and think things change overnight. We are a big company with a small feel and even with the normal job stress you find anywhere if you put in the work there is a sense of appreciation and success.

      Cons

      Retirement plan could be better. Clearer goals from management.

      Out of all our competitors I truly think we have the best product and market direction from what I have seen. The customers we serve seem happy with our products and support which makes my job fun. The company vision and growth is exceptional and I really do like my coworkers.

      A lot is expected of you and we work in a fast paced environment.
