There isn't room to slack off, but I prefer to be busy anyways. I think the company is going in the right direction and can't say anything negative about the team/culture/people.

Cons

Pay could be better, but they do pay pretty well for the area.

Nothing much for now. If I am forced to add, LIttle tough for Working Mothers in Night shifts
