      -I feel there are excellent growth opportunities for the CSR role here, I have been able to learn a great deal about the RMM space and how MSP's around the world work. -The team is closely knit and great to work with, dependable and always ready to help -The Management Team is very understanding and communicates the required information with a high level of transparency which I find to be very helpful in my day to day activities

      -Not really much to complain about, the experience here has been mainly positive

      Pros

      Great visionary leadership at both senior and mid-level. Transparent about work, goals and what all can be achieved. Nice pay along with perks like Medical insurance, leaves, work from home, meals and snacks on the house. Neat and comfortable transport vehicles. Very cohesive teams and members who are highly focused on providing a world-class solution and support to our customers. All enjoy team outings every month and quarter where we cherish our work and reward people for outstanding achievements. A great place for high-performers who dream big.

      Pros

      The opportunities for growth here are tremendous with the vision our CEO has. It's refreshing to work somewhere where everyone "gets it" and wants to succeed both for our personal development and for the success or our customers.

      Cons

      While every company has room for improvement I truly cant think of any cons right now.
