      Pros

      Promotes from within and is merit based. Focused on growing talent from within the company, Provides opportunities for staff to relocate to different countries and offices. Good leadership. Has a great portfolio of solutions which are being strategically integrated. So should be attractive to both sales and technical folk looking at Kaseya for their next career move. Staff have the opportunity and are encourage to learn new solutions/technologies. Focused on productive and positive outcomes for staff and customers.

      Cons

      More office and event perks for staff in the USA than in EMEA. Growing company so expect some teething pains with some processes. Culture is office based so its not a fit for everyone.

I've seen my role evolve significantly during my time here. 3- Innovative Culture: The company embraces innovation, encouraging employees to think creatively and explore new ideas, which is incredibly motivating. 4- Work-Life Balance: The management team understands the importance of work-life balance and actively supports employees in maintaining it. 5- Transparent Communication: Regular communication from leadership about company goals, performance, and challenges fosters a sense of transparency and inclusivity.

      1- Occasional Workload Peaks: There are times when workloads can become demanding, which may require extra effort. However, it's manageable with effective time management. 2- Communication Challenges: While communication is generally good, there have been instances when information flow could have been more streamlined between teams.
