Business Outlook
Pros
Kaseya is a growing company with a great product, great people and relatively no negativity. The benefits are great, everyone is easy to work with and supportive of the common goal-grow the business.
Cons
There generally is not a lot of feedback or direction on performance given by management, unless they are not happy. Management decisions are often made on an impulsive basis (at least that is the appearance). There is not a clear career growth path identified. The company does need some maturing.
