Thank you for sharing your experience about working at Kaseya. Consider that Kaseya provides unique opportunities for advancement as a result of our 30% plus growth rate and our Grow Your Own program. People who demonstrate the ability to get things done are offered the most opportunities for advancement, even over those with a fancier resume. Additionally, many employees are eligible for equity option grants in addition to their salary and annual performance-based bonuses. Kaseya is a meritocracy. If you value a workplace where performance is the only limiting factor to what you can achieve, Kaseya is the right choice for you.

Pros

1. Decent Starting Pay for entry level positions. 2. Health coverage includes Health, Dental, and Vision. 3. Good room for advancement depending on what office or what part of the company you plan to advance to. 4. Coworkers below management level develop a camaraderie that can foster a great community and culture. 5. Provides decent 401k benefits and offers equity in company if you stay on and work up to standards. 6. CEO is very clear and concise in his messaging and doesn't feed you any crow about how he wants Kaseya to improve and what he wants Kaseya to become. Very consistent leader.

Cons

1. Does not cater to work from home requests unless you have an extreme circumstance on a case by case basis. For commuters and individuals with fluctuating personal circumstances, this makes it almost impossible to maintain a healthy work/life balance. 2. Does not match 401k contributions at the current moment. 3. Health coverage either high deductible for max coverage, or low deductible for not as good coverage (for single employees btw, it is different for families), company provides some funds but you will need an HSA to cover out of pocket. 4. Your day to day work environment really depends on your manager, some are great, but others believe in styles of leadership that are insufferable and make being here a miserable experience most days. 5. Offices blare the same techno-dance playlist all day, every day, due to idea that it "promotes productivity." Noise cancelling headphones are a must have. 6. PTO days, while a generous amount, do not roll over at the end of the year. It doesn't matter if you have one day or 10, On January 1st it resets to zero.

Thank you for sharing your experience working at Kaseya. We currently offer competitive starting salaries, annual performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package which includes a PPO health plan, life insurance, and disability insurance without any recurring costs for employee only coverage. It is true that Kaseya has an on-site work policy without the option for remote work in most cases. This is because research indicates that team members collaborate more effectively, learn faster, and are more productive when they work together in an office environment. Additionally, it is our experience that after only a brief period of time on-site employees have a higher success rate and a significantly larger network than their peers who work mostly remote. We believe in Grow Your Own – meaning career growth for our Kaseyans from within, at a fast pace, and it’s most effective when we are in the office working together!

Pros

Working at Kaseya wasn't easy the first month or two, but once I got the familiar with the product stack and how to engage customers things really took off for me. I was promoted within the first 9 months and really love it here. My coworkers are great people. The Brickell location is a big plus. The best advice I received was not to worry about making money and to focus on building relationships. I started hitting my goals and everything else started to fall into place. This position has boosted my confidence and I'm on my way to fulfilling my personal goals now.

Cons

Really no cons for me. Very positive experience.
